Pre-school children will thoroughly enjoy this musical experience.

Children will learn how to feel and keep the beat, to move with the pulse, to recognise and enjoy rhythm, and become secure in accurately pitching notes to sing simple songs and rhymes.

Es uses puppets to help children to feel comfortable and to express themselves, bringing the sessions to life with characters the children become fond of. It’s a great way of developing social skills. Parents also enjoy these sessions, as they have the release of singing with their children whilst engaging with other parents.

Many parents find it refreshing to be reminded of some of the songs they knew when they were young, or to learn a few new ones to spice up their repertoire of songs to sing with the children at home. Es has a PGCE Certificate in teaching with an early years specialism, so she really understands how to appeal to young children and how to support them through this important stage in childhood development.

Song, rhythm and rhyme supports the development of language skills, mathematical development, and the formation of a logical brain. More importantly it has a noticeable effect on behaviour and promotes a healthy attitude to learning new skills and taking on new concepts.
